Did you think I was going to close Russia's stories without bringing you a recipe? Today I bring you something sweet, very easy to do and that gives a very good result when you have guests for dinner: blinis apple and cinnamon.

This recipe, which may be similar to Crepes We ate at the Périgord, it was given to me by my Russian teacher. I don't know how, but in the middle class we always ended up talking about food and his beloved Russia, it wasn't going to be all grammar and declines 😛

Ingredients to make blinis Apple and cinnamon (for two people):

For the filling:
2 Golden type apples (if they are from your region better, so we enhance the proximity trade).
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cornstarch

For the mass of blini:
125 g of biscuit flour
250 ml of milk
2 eggs
a pinch of salt

How are the blinis Apple and cinnamon?

1. First you have to peel and cut the apples in julienne.

2. In a pan over medium heat, put a little butter and, once discarded, add the cut apple, sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch, and stir everything well until all the ingredients are well integrated. We simmer, cover the pan and let it go chup-chup. Stir occasionally to avoid burning and in about 20 minutes the filling will be ready.

3. Meanwhile, we prepare the dough of the blinis. In a bowl we put the flour, milk, eggs and salt and beat well until there is no lump.
